To reboot your PC or switch to masternode CLI from GUI without losing the masternode timer:
1. In the GUI, navigate to the masternode pane and watch the timer for your masternode, which updates in 10-minute intervals.
2. As soon as the timer updates, close the GUI.
3. Have a CMD window open and ready.
4. Run the process as described above, and it will restart within a minute or two.
5. As long as the masternode has been restarted within the 10-minute window between status updates on the network, I’ve never experienced a loss of masternode revenue.
